Step 1: click on the 'Register' link
 Step 2: click to 'Accept' the Privacy statement
 Step 3: enter your Email address, User Name, and Password
 Step 4: click 'Submit' and Admin will send you back an approval email to activate your account
 Step 5: once you receive your activation email click on the link in the email - and post away!
